NGage Properties Group (NPG) was founded by Nicole Butler. From the boardroom to the stage – construction boots to stilettos….Nicole’s approach to design with NPG renovation clients is informed by a very unique journey.
Nicole has been investing in and remodeling homes for over 20 years. She bought, remodeled and sold her first home at 25 years of age. She immediately knew she had discovered something intriguing… 7 years ago, she launched NGage Properties Group, became a Licensed General Contractor then spearheaded the Design + Build portion of the Real Estate Firm.
A native of Chicago, IL, she moved to the Washington D.C. area to complete her BS and MBA (Finance and Marketing) at University of Maryland College Park. After working for the Federal Government throughout her undergraduate and graduate years, she moved on to establish a progressive career in the banking industry in New York City for brands such as Citi, American Express, etc. for nearly 15 years. While living in NYC, she discovered her love for operatic performance - attended Juilliard School of Music, then took a 1yr sabbatical in Italy to study and perform.
During her corporate career in financial services, Nicole was featured in American Banker and selected as one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Corporate America. She was also featured on Lifetime TV’s “Designing Spaces”.
Nicole is described by her clients as knowledgeable, engaging, empowering, dynamic and fun. She has built a track record of success for her clients, locally and around the globe.
